How we collect reviews

We never pressure for reviews - each one is authentic and comes from real customers. We collect them in two ways:
1. Directly on our website
After purchasing a product, we allow you to leave a review on the specific product page through a simple form. Your review will appear after our approval (for example, we check for inappropriate content or spam), but we never edit it.
2. Independent review after purchase
After sending your order, our external partner (depending on the country) will send you an email inviting you to review your purchase.
We use verified tools such as:
- Heureka.sk (Slovakia)
- Zbozi.cz (Czech Republic)
- Compari.hu (Hungary)
- Jetfinje.hr (Croatia)
- Google reviews (internationally)
These reviews also appear in searches or price comparators. We do not have the ability to edit, influence, or delete them - they are fully managed by the platform in question.
